When will Santa be here?

Friday, December 23rd, 2016

The earliest sign that Santa is coming comes just after bedtime.  So kids, make sure to listen to your parents about the right time to get into bed!

When you’re all tucked up in bed close your eyes tight and listen very very carefully.  If you’re lucky you’ll hear bells ringing outside your house – those are the reindeer bells telling you that Santa is nearby and on his way . . .

Now get to sleep!!!

Santa Footprints

Did you ever investigate the chimney on Christmas morning?  You should!

Often Santa leaves big white footprints behind when he comes down the chimney, because he doesn’t want his snowy feet to mess up your clean floor!  Snow from Santa’s home in the North Pole is very special . . . it almost looks like talc or flour because it takes such a very long time to melt, even when your room is warm.

Often the footprints will last all of Christmas day before disappearing during the night.
